I returned an entire order to the company for a credit as they listed the wrong items on their website.Not only can't they list their items correctly but they don't give you your money back when you return them.
I only recieved a credit for one of the items out of the three that I sent back and they say I didn't return the other ones. Impossible to get an answer as they only work with email and don't answer the phones. Its even hard to find where to send the email on their website. Awful, awful experience.
Currently disputing charges to my credit card company.Plenty of other cheap and reputable golf equipment companies out there, I recommend avoiding rockbottomgolf.com
