HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE and POOR RETURN POLICY

I purchased $300 worth of clothes, not reading the return policy, I ASSUMED they would have FREE returns. Half of the clothes didn't fit and when I pulled up their website to figure out how to return them I realized they have a $9.99 shipping label return policy. I sent a note to customer service and did not hear anything for DAYS, yet alone the 4 business hours as they claim they would respond. So I wrote ANOTHER email and this time I wasn't as nice, and asked if I can get some sort of reply and that I will promise to tell all of my golf friends that their company is trash. They responded in minutes as well, and were EXTREMELY rude in the reply to me, they did not offer anything except saying HAD I been nice they would have WAIVED the $9.99 for me. Well *** that. That is absolute *** You have a company that sells clothes, accessories, and shoes, you cannot charge your paying customers more money to return an item that does not fit. I understand if it was a custom golf club or something used. Their customer service dept must consist of some brat family members as to respond so immaturely. Bottom line ROCK BOTTOM, is YOU CANNOT have a site that offers clothes and shoes and doesn't offer FREE returns. I expect this shitbox to be out of business soon.

Got results after I reached out to Pissed Consumer

Tried reaching Rock Bottom Golf by telephone and by email. I got no results. Then I tried Pissed Consumer and got immediate results.Rock Bottom sent me a shipping return label and I immediately sent it back by UPS.

Shoes

I saw a pair of Etonic golf shoes for 50$. I bought them after paying 9.99$ shipping. They were wrong color. I returned them after acquiring 9.99$ prepaid shipping label. I then ordered same shoe in color I originally ordered and paid 9.99$ for shipping. They arrived in the color I ordered. That 50$ shoe ended up costing me 80$ plus. Hardly a good deal for me and unless Rockbottom golf wants to help me out here I will not purchase from them again and I will go online sharing how I paid 80$ plus for a 50$ shoe. Thanks.

With the shipping policy I paid $80 for a 50 pair.

When I contacted RB they sent me their return policy. Not sufficient. I have bought a lot from them in past 10-15 years. I can use other golf stores if thats their choice. I would have at least liked to have talked with some one. Nope. Pure stonewall !

Impossible to contact. No working phone number. Emails ignored. Refund for over $200 ignored two weeks after UPS receipt of returned item.

Product returned but no notification of return

I returned a product without obtaining an authorization number(my fault). I did not seem to be able to contact the support service of the company. Apparently they had sent an email to me but I have still been unable to retrieve it. I have been refunded and am completely satisfied with the outcome with the help of Pissedconsumer. I will continue to receive adverts from RockBottom--seems like a good company.

Horrible Customer Service

Bought a set of clubs for my son for his birthday on 6/22 and I paid 24.99 for their 2 day delivery or as the "call it home in 2" Got the confirmation email ad it stated clubs would arrive by 6/24. Unfortunately, when they sent tracking information, it referenced a 6/26 delivery date, a day after the intended person's birthday and 2 days after the 6/24 guaranteed delivery date. While that alone is frustrating, their failure to address my concerns that was sent by email was truly mindboggling. I asked them what had happened and then advised that I would be returning the clubs s they would be useless after the birthday and 2 days after the guaranteed date. Their first responsive email said it was received and to expect an answer in 4 hours. As you can guess, no response was received, so I wrote another email asking for a refund and information on returns. Surprisingly, within a matter of minutes an email was received from them which included a link for returns and a note that I can simply refuse delivery. More surprisingly tough was they offered no explanation and no apology for the inconvenience. As of the writing of this, I am still waiting for their explanation on their failure and of course I am not holding my breath for their apology. The worst experience this year from online merchant. Awful and horrendous service period!"

I just received the Callaway left-handed #7 fairway wood and I love it! However, the handle is too long for me as I am only 5'5". Do you have this club with a shorter handle? Guarantee

Do not purchase from Rock Bottom as their so called 90 day guarantee is a scam. I have a driver that I purchased less than 45 days ago and they now say that the club is not valid for that guarantee because of new inventory. DONT offer a 90 day guarantee if it is NOT for 90 days
